ABOUT ME
MY VOICE
My voice is described as a friendly soft northern voice with a Liverpool twang. However I also do RP, American and plenty more, have a listen to my audiobooks for more voice types and accents!
MY WORK
My work has included all mediums of voice over. What I most enjoy is being able to bring your idea to life! Whether it’s a commercial, audiobook or charity ad. I have worked extensively in these genres as well as cooperate, dubbing, narration and VOG.
LANGUAGES
My degree in French and Spanish is a big help with VO work and I love using these skills in my work, especially audiobook and dubbing! I’ve also been taking Italian courses (to aid my VOs but also an excuse to holiday in Italy!)
ACTING CAREER
I trained at the prestigious ‘Bristol Old Vic Theatre school’, alumni include Olivia Colman and Daniel Day-Lewis. Bristol is also famous for its radio training taught by actors from ‘The Archers’ and I was chosen to participate in the Carleton Hobbs award which lead me to professional radio work. I have a versatile Theatre CV and I’ve had the pleasure of performing at world renown venues; The Old Vic on Mary Page Marlowe starring Susan Sarandon and Andrea Riseborough, The Donmar, The New Vic, Liverpool Everyman and many more. TV work includes ITV’s ‘Malpractice’ directed by Phil Barantini (Netflix-Adolescence) and ‘This City is ours’ for BBC.
STUDIO INFO
I’m based in London but also have studio access in Liverpool. I have my own professional home studio to save you time and money finding somewhere else, benefiting from top notch equipment including a high quality Rhode mic which suits any medium of VO for a clear, crisp voice. My agent also has studio space in London if you want to meet and pop in for the VO. I’m happy to travel for work and often work away to record audiobooks and other work.
